| Practice Round Info |
Players must call the golf shop at (706)863-4642 for practice round tee times. Practice round tee times are available at the discretion of the golf shop. Call ahead for a tee time during the weekdays and on Saturday practice rounds cannot be played until after 2:00 PM and on sunday practice rounds cannot be played until after 3:00 PM. There is no fee for players who walk during their practice round. Cart fees are $20/person. Practice rounds are not available to parents. Practice on the competition course is not allowed between rounds (Rule 7-1b). |
| Dress Code |
Participants must adhere to the SJGT dress code, and the dress code of the host facility. No cutoffs or blue jeans or cargo shorts will be allowed for both males and females. For males, all shorts must be bermuda length. For females, shorts must extend beyond the fingertips fully extended and/or reach the mid thighs. Shirts must not expose the midriff, and all shirts must be tucked in at all times. Hats must be worn with the bill facing forward. No earrings on males. Soft spikes must be worn. |
| Lunch |
Lunch will be served to players after round one and round three. The halfway House begind #18 green will be the open every day at 8:00 AM. The clubhouse will be closed on Monday for food service but the halfway house has a full service menu. One more reminder, no one under 19 years of age are allowed in the locker rooms. There are bathrooms all around the clubhouse. |
| Dinner |
The awards dinner will be after round two on Tuesday night. Players and parents are invited. Details will be psoted at a later date. |
| Tee Times and Round Info |
Round one tee times will be available after 2:00 PM CST on Friday July 30th. Round two tee times will be available approximately one hour after round one is completed. Round three tee times will be available approximately one hour after round two is completed. |
| Spectator Carts |
Spectator carts will be available for $20. |
| Personal Coolers |
No personal coolers are allowed at West Lake. The SJGT will have beverages on the course for the players. |
| Drinks |
Drinks will be provided for the players. |
| Tee Gifts |
One dozen Nike golf balls and another Nike gift item. |
